VHDA Launches Homebuyer tax credit plus loan program
One of the biggest obstacles facing first-time homebuyers is gathering the funds for the down payment and closing costs. To help prospective homebuyers meet this challenge, the Virginia Housing Development Authority has designed a new loan program – Homebuyer Tax Credit plus.

Bylaws amendment/Membership Meeting
PWAR’s BOD is presenting the REVISED attached bylaws amendments for the membership to approve. These amendments relate to the Dues Collection Process and Nominating Committee Process Please read/download this article for more information. The Membership Meeting will be held at PWAR on June 18 at 10:00 am where the vote on these amendments will be taken. The Membership Meeting will be followed by a FREE program on the Federal Housing Stimulus Plan.
