Education At PWAR
As a REALTOR you must complete ongoing education to maintain an active Virginia Real Estate License.
REALTORS who have less than two years of experience are in the Post-Licensure or PL track. REALTORS who
have two years or more of experience are in the Continuing Education or CE track.

To view the credits that you have you need to visit the DPOR Website where you can lookup your credits by your Virginia Real Estate License number.
In order to complete the necessary classes for license renewal PWAR offers different courses and series throughout the year. Due to the size of our membership we guarantee that in any 6 month period you can receive all of your necessary credits for renewal through PWAR classes. Depending on the time of year that can be much shorter but be sure to plan ahead, don't take a chance with your Real Estate License. Take classes soon and take them often. If you have any questions regarding your credits or other Education-related business please direct them to Teresa the Director of Education.
